Dividend Declaration and Annual General Meeting
As indicated in the Final Results announcement published on 26 June 2024, the Board of Triad Group Plc (the "Company") is proposing a final dividend of 4.0 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2024.
Subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 August 2024, the final dividend will be paid on 2 September 2024 to shareholders on the register of members at close of business on 2 August 2024.
