Triad Group Plc05 September 2007 Triad Group Plc ("Triad") The board of Triad Group Plc has been considering for some time the desirabilityof appointing a chief executive officer separately from the role of chairman andare pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Haynes as Chief Executive Officerwith immediate effect. Ian has been a main board director of Triad since 1999and during that period has performed his executive duties with notable success.Triad's Executive Chairman, John Rigg, has been acting Chief Executive Officersince February 2005. For the time being John will continue in an executive rolein order to support Ian during the period of handover. Further appointmentsto strengthen the executive board are expected in due course.
