Board Appointment
The directors of Triad GroupΒ PlcΒ are delighted toΒ announce thatΒ Nick BurrowsΒ has been appointed asΒ executiveΒ Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Nick is a Chartered AccountantΒ whoΒ joined Triad in 2001Β as Financial Controller of theΒ Systems andΒ Consulting business. He was appointed Company Secretary inΒ 2008.
The Company confirms that thereΒ are no further mattersΒ requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 of the ListingΒ Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
