Board Appointments
Triad announces the appointment of Tim Eckes as Client Services Director and Charlotte Rigg as Non-Executive Director. They will both join the Board with effect from 1 January 2020.
Tim Eckes joined Triad in 1991 as a graduate software engineer before moving into a number of technical and commercial roles. He has multi-sector experience, having been involved in engagements across finance, telecoms, travel and central government. Over the last 5 years, as Managing Consultant, he has played a significant role in growing the business through the development of long lasting and profitable relationships with key clients.
Tim Eckes currently holds 60,374 ordinary shares in Triad, representing 0.38% of the issued ordinary share capital, and options over 60,000 ordinary shares.
Charlotte Rigg's experience is both extensive and diverse. Over the last 25 years she has built an internationally recognised stud farm and runs a sizeable upland grazing farm in Cumbria where the stud is based. In addition, Charlotte runs a successful and expanding investment property portfolio which has been established for over 20 years. All three lines of business have benefited from Charlotte's shrewd business acumen and highly developed negotiation skills.
Charlotte Rigg does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
There are no further details to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in relation to both Tim Eckes and Charlotte Rigg.
