Changes in the Executive Board of PJSC TransContainer
PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (TRCN), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, announces that on 25 April 2017, its Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Konstantin Kalmykov as the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board replacing Mr. Anton Lopatin who left the company.
