Mauritius Litigation - Update

On 19 July 2011, the Company announced that the Supreme Court of Mauritius had dismissed the lawsuit which Immobilien Development Indien I GmbH & Co. KG and Immobilien Development Indien II GmbH & Co. KG (together "Immobilien I and II") commenced in January 2010 against the Company and others in connection with their investments in various real estate development projects in India.

The Company announces that Immobilien I and II have lodged an appeal against the decision in the Court of Civil Appeal in Mauritius. The Company will make further announcements as and when appropriate.
