Each ordinary sharecarries the right to one vote in all circumstances at general meetings of theCompany. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
