Tribal Group PLC08 April 2008 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Share Transactions In advance of the proposed changes to the Capital Gains Tax legislation adirector of the Company has reorganised his shareholdings in the Company.Accordingly, the Company was informed on 7 April 2008 of the followingtransactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each by Simon Lawton andconnected persons. All transactions took place on 4 April 2008. 1. Gift of 91,697 shares (0.11% of total voting rights) for nil consideration to a connected person (spouse). 2. Disposal of 300,000 shares (0.35% of total voting rights) at a price of 128.50 pence per share to a family trust of which Simon Lawton and close family members are the beneficiaries. Following these transactions the total number of shares held by Simon Lawton orin which connected persons have an interest remains unchanged at 712,421 (0.84%of total voting rights) of which 300,724 shares (0.35% of total voting rights)are held beneficially by Simon Lawton, 111,697 shares (0.13% of total votingrights) are held beneficially by a connected person (spouse) and the balance byhis family trust.
