Director/PDMR Shareholdings

On 18 August 2009 the Company received notification that Capita Aesop Trustees Limited, the trustees of Tribal Group plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP), has purchased 167 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 75p per share on behalf of Richard Collins, who is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility. These shares are to be held in accordance to the rules of the Company's Inland Revenue approved SIP.
