Directorate Changes

Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, today announces various board changes with the intention of managing the Company through the next phase of its growth and investment plan.

Dawson Buck will be stepping down as Non-Executive Chairman and a Director of the Company and its subsidiaries with effect from 1st July 2013. John Watkins, currently Chief Executive, will become Executive Chairman, a new role on the Board. John joined the Board of Trakm8 as a Non-Executive Director in January 2007, becoming Chief Executive Officer in September 2008. John has over 25 years' national and international experience as a senior manager in the automotive electronics and engineering industries.

The Company also announces today that Keith Evans will join the Trakm8 Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st July 2013. Keith retired as a senior partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers at the end of June, and brings with him over 25 years of senior management, commercial and financial experience, having worked with companies operating in the Financial Services, Automotive and Information Technology sectors.

Commenting on the changes to the Board, John Watkins said:
