The Panoply Holdings PLC, the technology-enabled services group focused on digital transformation, announces that it has been notified that Christopher Sweetland, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 30,000 shares at a price of 199.17p per share and 20,000 shares at a price of 192p per share in the Company on 3 March 2021.
Following the transaction, Christopher Sweetland is interested in 80,000 ordinary shares in The Panoply, representing approximately 0.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Christopher Sweetland also holds 60,302 Share options.
