Notice of AGMandPosting of Annual Report
The Panoply Holdings PLC, the technology-enabled services group focused on digital transformation, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held virtually on 23 September 2021 at 11 a.m.The Group yesterday posted its report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2021, together with the notice of AGM, to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies of both documents are available to download on the Company's website at www.thepanoply.com/investors-hub/overview/ in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
The Board believes that, notwithstanding that the Government has lifted restrictions on the holding of larger gatherings, given the high Covid-19 case numbers and the increased transmissibility of the Delta variant, it is appropriate to continue to adopt a cautious approach. The health and safety of our employees and shareholders is our priority and therefore we encourage shareholders not to attend the AGM in person. Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to cast their votes by proxy.
We are committed to constructive engagement with all of our shareholders and recognise that the AGM is a key forum for our shareholders to meet and engage with Board members. As our shareholders will not be able to attend the AGM this year we invite shareholders to submit questions in advance of the AGM by emailing them to investors@thepanoply.com.Questions should be submitted by 9 a.m. on 13 September 2021 and we will ensure, to the extent practicable, that the answers are directly responded to, with responses to questions of common interest also made available on our website at www.thepanoply.com as soon as practical following the meeting. We hope that this approach will give our shareholders the opportunity to air their views, and for any concerns to be addressed in an appropriate manner, taking into account the limitations we face in the current circumstances.
