TPXimpact confirms that Michael Dearing (Managing Director - International at TPX) has transferred 1,463,415 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 1.61% of the issued share capital, to Kar Yee Dearing in line with a Financial Remedy Order resulting from the dissolution of Marriage.
Following the transfer, Michael will retain 1,906,671 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.08% of the Group's issued share capital.
