The Panoply (AIM: TPX), a digitally native technology-enabled services company, announces that it has been notified that Neal Gandhi, CEO, has today purchased 29,396 ordinary shares of 1 penny each (the "Purchase Shares") in the Company at a price of 50.99 pence per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Neal Gandhi is interested in 9,492,751 ordinary shares in The Panoply, representing approximately 17.24% of the total shareholding in the Company.
