TP70 VCT plc Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of TP70 VCT plc, a venture capital trust company, has resolved that the company will pay an interim dividend of £3.3million. The dividend of 10.31p per share will be paid to shareholders on the Register of Members on the record date of Friday 8 February 2013. The ex-dividend date will therefore be Wednesday 6 February 2013. The dividend will be paid on Friday 22 February 2013.
