Director declaration

Topps Tile Plc (the "Company") has been notified that Paul Forman, the non-executive Chair of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Chair designate of 4imprint Group plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 January 2026 and will become Chair with effect from 16 March 2026.

This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R.
