Block Listing Application and Block Listings Cancellation
An application has been made to the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 160,697 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each fully paid ("Ordinary Shares"), to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA.
These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's 2009 SAYE Three Year Scheme.
It is expected that the admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 24 May 2012. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
In addition the Company currently has 40,779 Ordinary Shares block listed under the following schemes: Approved Executive Share Option Scheme and Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme. These schemes have now closed and as a result the block listings associated with them have been cancelled. No allotments have been made under these schemes since the last block listing return was released on 11 November 2011.
