The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified on the date stated below of the sale by the person named below of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), following the exercise of options under the Travis Perkins Executive Share Option Scheme at an option price of £10.33, and the Deferred Share Bonus Plan at nil cost on the dates set out below.

As a result of these exercises and sales, Mr Davidson's beneficial ownership interest is 42,187 shares, less than 0.01% of the Issued Share Capital.
