Notification of Director or PDMR share interest

The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified today of the sale of 3,670 of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") at a price of 1713.78p by Martin Meech a PDMR of the Company, following the exercise of options under the Travis Perkins Sharesave Scheme at an option price of 442p, on 4th December 2013. As a result of this exercise and sale, Martin Meech has the beneficial interest in 51,494 shares.
