Corac Group Plc11 April 2006 Corac Group plc Grant of Options Corac Group plc ("Corac") the intellectual property and licensing companyspecialising in compressor technology, announces the issue of the followingshare options to directors. On 7 April 2006 Corac granted 300,000 share options to Thomas Ivings. Of these217,013 are in the EMI scheme and 82,987 in the unapproved scheme. They areexercisable, subject to the achievement of performance conditions, at 46.08p pershare between 7 April 2007 and 7 April 2016.
