Posting of Report and Accounts and Notice of General Meeting
TP Group (AIM: TPG) announces that it has posted copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, together with the Notice of General Meeting ("GM") and form of proxy, to shareholders. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of GM will shortly be available to view on the Company's website, www.tpgroupglobal.com
The GM will be held at the offices of Cenkos Securities plc, 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London EC2R 7AS on 27 September 2022, and will commence at 9am.
