PDMR / PCA Shareholding
The Property Franchise Group plc (LON:TPFG), announces that Glynis Frew, Executive Director, has transferred 158,683 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company from her personal holding to her spouse, Robin Frew for nil consideration. Following this transfer, Glynis' beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares remains unchanged at 317,366, with a total of 158,683 shares held by her and 158,683 by her spouse.
Further information is provided below in accordance with Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014:
