The Company has been informed that Richard Martin, Chairman, today sold 810,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 138.6p per share. Following this sale, Richard has a total interest in 10,189,950 Ordinary Shares, including those Ordinary Shares held by his wife Kathryn Martin, representing, in total, approximately 39.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
