The Property Franchise Group PLC, one of the UK's largest property franchisors, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on 16 May 2018 at Hilton London Green Park Hotel, Half Moon Street, Mayfair, London W1J 7BN.
The Company also announces that its final dividend of 5.4 pence per ordinary share will be paid on or around 21 May 2018 to shareholders on the register on 20 April 2018, subject to shareholder approval. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 19 April 2018.
The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 and notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on 18 April 2018 and will also be available to view on The Property Franchise Group's website at www.propertyfranchise.co.uk
