Director Shareholding and Issue of Equity
The Property Franchise Group PLC, one of the UK's largest property franchises, announces that David Raggett, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised his option over 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 17.64 pence per share. Furthermore, two employees have also exercised their option over a combined 129,600 ordinary shares of 1p each, at an exercise price of 17.64 pence per share. These options were granted under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Plan.
An application has been made for 329,600 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur on 12 April 2017.
Following Admission, the Company will have 25,630,350 ordinary shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
