Dividend Declaration
As communicated in the Company's announcement of its recommended acquisition of Hunters Property PLC made on 28 January 2021, the Company announces that it will pay a second interim dividend of 6.6p per share, in lieu of a final dividend for FY 2020.
The interim dividend will be paid on 23 February 2021 to the Company's shareholders on the register as at 12 February 2021. The shares have an ex-dividend date of 11 February 2021.

In accordance with Rule 26.1 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, a copy of this announcement will be available free of charge, subject to certain restrictions relating to persons resident in restricted jurisdictions, on the Company's website at https://thepropertyfranchisegroup.co.uk/investors, by no later than 12.00 p.m. on the business day following this announcement.
