The Property Franchise Group Plc (LON:TPFG) has been notified that on 20 December 2024, Paul Latham, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 397.875p per ordinary share, increasing his beneficial holding to 84,727 Ordinary Shares.
