Titon Holdings PLC20 February 2008 Titon Holdings Plc Interim Management Statement Titon Holdings Plc ('Titon' or 'the Group') today provides its first interimmanagement statement in respect of the period 1 October 2007 to 31 December2007, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparencyrules. Overall revenues for the 3 months were 3.5% lower than for the same period last year with growth in the Group's powered ventilation systems and aluminiumfittings markets helping to offset a reduction in timber/PVCu fittings andexport sales. The measures introduced aimed at restoring profitability, reported on at theyear end, are beginning to impact favourably, although a greater effect fromthis will be evidenced in the 2nd quarter of the financial year. There have been no other significant changes in the position of the Group sincethe publication of its report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2007.
