Titon Holdings plc (the "Company"), announces that it was informed on 28th June 2019 that Mr K Ritchie, Chairman of the Company, on 21st June 2019 acquired through the Company's dividend re-investment plan ("DRIP") 1,172 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this acquisition, the total beneficial interest of Mr K Ritchie and persons closely associated with him is 981,381 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
