Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

TomCo Energy plc today announces that an annual general meeting of the members of the company will be held at 9am on 26th April 2012 at One Portland Place, London W1B 1PN.

 

The formal notice, form of proxy and copy of the report of directors and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2011 have today been posted to shareholders. A copy of the documents will also be available on the Company's website at www.tomcoenergy.com
