Board Changes

TomCo Energy plc, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Potter to the Board of the Company as Chief Executive with immediate effect. Following John's appointment and further to the Company's announcement of 2 January 2018, Christopher Brown has also stepped down from the Board of the Company and its subsidiaries with immediate effect.

John brings a broad range of knowledge and skills to the team as the Company seeks to finalise its strategy for TurboShale, having identified significant cost savings.

The Chairman of TomCo, Andrew Jones, said "The Board are delighted that John has agreed to join the Board of TomCo and we believe that he will deliver fresh impetus as well as a determined focus and a robust approach in his leadership as we seek to advance TurboShale. The Board would also like to wish Chris well with his future business ventures and to thank him for his continued support."

Additional information on Mr John Potter

The following additional information is provided in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies:

John David Potter, aged 48

Mr Potter was a director of APA Developments Ltd at the time it entered into receivership on 26 March 2014. All creditors were repaid in full.

Mr Potter does not hold any existing interest in the Company's ordinary shares.

There is no other information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies.
