It is anticipated that the admission of 27,538,467 new ordinary shares totrading on AIM will take place on Monday 26 March 2007 and a further 22,473,361new ordinary shares (of which 3,396,443 ordinary shares are to be issued to thevendors of Ravensworth) will be admitted to trading on AIM on Tuesday 27 March2007.
