PDMR Dealing

Tangent was notified on 14 June 2012 that on the same day Damian Bentley, Managing Director at Tangent Snowball, a 100% owned subsidiary of Tangent, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5.125 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Damian Bentley has a beneficial interest in 926,639 ordinary shares of 1p each in Tangent which represents approximately 0.53% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
