Tangent Communications PLC25 February 2008 25 February 2008 Tangent Communications plc ("Tangent" or the "Company") Issue of Shares and Holdings in Company Following Tangent's announcement on 19 February, the 4,175,000 ordinary sharesof 1p each (New Shares), issued as part of the deferred consideration for itsacquisition of C360 UK Ltd, have today been admitted to trading on AIM. Thisbrings the total number of issued shares in the Company to 165,966,835.
