DIRECTORS DEALING

Tangent (AIM: TNG), the online print and digital marketing business, announces that it was notified on 27 August 2014, that on the same day David Steyn acquired 250,000 ordinary shares at 8.0p per ordinary share.

As a result of the above transaction, David Steyn holds 550,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 0.20% of the voting rights of the Company.
