In addition to the information contained in the Company's announcement made on 28 November 2013, TMT has been informed by Advance Consulting Services Ltd ("Advance"), a company owned by Artyom Inyutin, TMT's Head of Investments, that the price at which Advance purchased 3,571,429 TMT shares from Wissey Trade & Invest Ltd on 26 November 2013 was US$1.79 per share.
