Confirmation of Share Subscription of 164,609 ordinary shares of no par value each at US$2.43
Directors' Share Dealing
TMT Investments PLC, the venture capital company investing in high-growth, technology companies across a number of core specialist sectors, announced earlier today that it has issued and allotted 1,276,260 new ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Placing Shares") to certain institutional and other investors at a price of US$2.43 per share (the "Placing Price") (the "Placing"). The announcement also stated that the Company was intending to undertake a subscription of new ordinary shares. The Company is pleased to confirm that it has now received subscriptions for 164,609 new ordinary shares of no par value ("Subscription Shares") at a price of US$2.43 per share (the "Subscription").
The Placing and Subscription have raised in aggregate US$ 3.50 million (US$ 3.31 million net of expenses).
The subscribers to the Subscription Shares comprise:

The Subscription Shares will rank pari passu with the Placing Shares and the existing TMT ordinary shares. Application has been made for the Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 6 April 2018.
Following the issue of the Placing Shares and the Subscription Shares the Company's issued share capital will comprise 29,185,831 ordinary shares. No TMT ordinary shares are held in Treasury. From Admission the figure of 29,185,831 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
