EBT Share Dealing

The MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), creator of Work That Counts comprising a network of 17 Agencies delivering real, sustainable growth for its Clients, announces that it was informed by the Trustee of The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") on 25th July 2022 that the EBT acquired 26,340 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 56.90 pence per share, on 22nd July 2022.

Following this purchase of shares by the EBT, a total of 1,294,388 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
