The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG" or "the missiontm"), the national marketing communications and advertising group, was notified on 29 October 2013 that on the same day The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") purchased the following Ordinary Shares:

Following these transactions, the EBT's interest in the missiontm is 1,247,130 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.6% of the issued share capital of the missiontm.
