Director Shareholdings
The Mission Marketing Group plc ("the Company", AIM: TMMG), the national marketing communications and advertising group, was informed on 8 April 2011 that on 8 April 2011, Peter Fitzwilliam, Finance Director, and Chris Morris, Non-Executive Director, agreed to each purchase 42,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 15.5p per share. In addition, Peter Fitzwilliam agreed to acquire 37,500 ordinary shares from Robert Day, Executive Director, at 15p per share. Accordingly, after these purchases their shareholdings in the Company will be as follows:
