The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG" or "the missiontm"), the national marketing communications and advertising group, was informed that today Stephen Boyd, a non executive director, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 32p each. Following this transaction, Stephen Boyd remains interested in 109,918 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The 200,000 Ordinary Shares were acquired by the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"). Following this transaction, the EBT holds 1,404,126 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
