Directors' Dealings

The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG" or "the missiontm"), the national marketing communications and advertising group, was on 2 April 2013 informed of the following dealings on the same day by directors in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

·; Peter Fitzwilliam purchased a total of 28,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Fitzwilliam's interest in the missiontm is 534,481 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.7% of its issued share capital;

·; Robert Day transferred 163,000 Ordinary Shares from his sole legal and beneficial ownership into his personal pension scheme at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share. As such, his total beneficial interest in the missiontm remains at 6,008,138 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.8% of its issued share capital; and

·; a total of 201,208 Ordinary Shares will be issued from the missiontm's Employee Benefit Trust to the vendors of balloon dog, including 75,065 Ordinary Shares to be issued to James Clifton pursuant to the deferred consideration terms set out in the announcement of the acquisition of balloon dog on 12 October 2012. Mr Clifton's interest in the missiontm is subsequently 165,113 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of its issued share capital.
