The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG" or "the missiontm"), the national marketing communications and advertising group, was informed on 10 April 2013 that on that day Stephen Boyd, a non executive director, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 34p each. Following this transaction, Stephen Boyd remains interested in 309,918 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
