The Mission Marketing Group PLC16 October 2006 The Mission Marketing Group plc Issue of Shares The Mission Marketing Group plc ("themission" or "TMMG"), a leading UK marketingcommunications group, has today issued and allotted 1,393,047 new ordinaryshares of 10p each in TMMG to the vendors of Bray Leino Holdings Limited ("BrayLeino") as satisfaction for the initial deferred consideration element of theBray Leino acquisition. Bray Leino was acquired by themission in April 2006 atthe time of the IPO and following a good financial performance of Bray Leino forthe period to 30 June 2006 the shares have been issued to its vendors at118.625p per share (the average price over the previous 20 business days). Iain Ferguson, Chief Executive of themission, said "We are delighted with therapid integration of Bray Leino and the continuing performance by its team." As previously agreed, TMMG has also issued and allotted 168,599 new ordinaryshares of 10p each at 118.625p per share in connection with professionalservices provided for the acquisition. themission will make application for the total 1,561,646 new ordinary shares inTMMG to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.Admission is expected to become effective on 20 October 2006.
