Team17 (AIM: TM17), a global games label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie") premium video games, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 ("Annual Report") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
The AGM is to be held at 10.30am on Wednesday 8 May 2019 at Park Plaza Nottingham, 41 Maid Marian Way, Nottingham, NG1 6GD.
