Director/PDMR shareholding
Totally plc (AIM: TLY) announces that it was notified today that Bob Holt, Chairman of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via his SIPP on 30 October 2017 at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Mr Holt is beneficially interested in 1,013,778 Ordinary Shares which represents 1.70 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
