Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector across the UK and Ireland, announces that Mike Rogers, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ( " Ordinary Shares " ) at a price of 24 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mike Rogers has a total beneficial interest in 215,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.12 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
