Result of General Meeting
Innovation Group is pleased to announce that the resolution put to shareholders at the General Meeting which took place earlier today was duly passed on a show of hands.
Details of the proxies from shareholders in respect of the resolution are set out below:

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, two copies of the resolution will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the FCA document viewing facility: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
