Polish Contract Win & Opening of Warsaw Office
Group announces contract win with Ergo Hestia for its BPS and software solutions including the recently released Innovation Insurer Gateway
Launch of Warsaw office
The Innovation Group plc (LSE: TIG.L), a global provider of business process services and software solutions to the insurance, fleet, automotive and property industries, is pleased to announce a contract win with Ergo Hestia (Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen Ergo Hestia S.A.), a Tier One Motor Insurer headquartered in Sopot, Poland.
The Innovation Group and Ergo Hestia have signed a three year agreement to develop a national network of motor repairers to provide a future-ready solution for Polish motor policyholders.
This agreement is the first that utilizes both the web based motor accident management platform, Insurer Gateway, to manage the complete repair process cycle within a managed national network of repairers, together with the suite of Innovation Group BPS services. This win reinforces the business value and insight of the Innovation Group's insurer business model, combining the Group's technology and network with outsourced business partners.
To maximise the operational management of the contract agreement, the Group opened its first office in Warsaw.
Commenting on the agreement, Filip Nerc, Deputy Director of Claims Department at Ergo Hestia, commented:
