Notice of General Meeting
The Innovation Group plc (LSE: TIG.L), a global provider of business process services and software solutions to the insurance, fleet, motor and property industries, announces that on 15th November 2014 a circular (the "Circular") was sent to shareholders convening a General Meeting ("GM") to consider and, if thought fit, pass a resolution amending the borrowing limit set out in article 103.2 of the articles of association of the Group (the "Resolution") in order to ensure the Group has the financial flexibility to continue to pursue its stated strategy in creating value for shareholders.
The GM will be held at the offices of Investec, 2 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP on Monday 1st December 2014 at 1pm.
The Circular is available for inspection on the Innovation Group website at www.innovation-group.com.
Copies of the Circular, the Resolution and articles of association of the Group are available for inspection at the offices of Investec Bank plc at 2 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP, and the offices of Innovation Group at Yarmouth House, 1300 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 7AE during normal business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted) with effect from today until the conclusion of the GM.
Two copies of the following documents have been submitted to the FCA and will shortly be available for inspection at the FCA's document viewing facility:
